Famcart reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product. Not all products are returnable. Please contact us if you are unsure or undecided.
Buyer must inform Famcart at info@famcart.com.my within 7 days of the SHIPPED DATE if a return is desired. Buyer must obtain approval from Famcart prior to returning any product.
For approved returns, the product must be in its original, unopened condition. Famcart will confirm the return arrangement with the buyer, and the buyer must ship the product back to Famcart at their own cost. The buyer will take full responsibility for any product damage or loss during return shipping; therefore, insured courier services (PosLaju, Citylink, Fedex, DHL, etc.) are recommended.
The buyer must ship and return the product to Famcart within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.
For a faulty or defective product found within 7 days of receiving, Famcart will cover the return shipping cost (compensated as shopping points to the customer’s Famcart account). Customer must inform Famcart within this 7-day period. For products older than 7 days, the customer must ship the product to Famcart at their own cost for warranty claims.
